暫く前にウチでも採り上げたFanatec社のハンコンですが。
なにやら、XBOX対応のバージョンのプリプロダクション（試作生産とかかな？）が開始したとか。
自分は、以前に記事にした時点で5ロットくらいのバックオーダーがあるみたいって事で、予約とかはしていないんですけどね。

Fanatec has started pre-prodcution of their Porsche 911 Turbo S racing wheel, the only Xbox 360 compatible wheel in Fantec’s product lineup.

Interestingly, Fanatec points out that the production was delayed due to Microsoft demanding support of a particular feature in their upcoming Forza 3 title - A game that hasn’t even been officially announced yet!

The wheel will also make an appearance on the E3 expo in Los Angeles in June. The Fanatec Porsche 911 Turbo S wheel is available in three different versions, ranging from the Pure edition for ?189 to the Clubsport edition that comes with Fanatec’s much anticipated Aluminum Clubsport pedal set. やー、けどこの記事で「興味深い」と触れてる事は自分も関心あるなぁ、と。中段で、
「興味深い事は、Fanatec社が、マイクロソフト社から来る「Forza3」（公式発表前のゲーム！）における特定の機能をサポートするように要求された事が原因で、生産が遅れた、と指摘した事だ。」
書いてあるなぁ、と。

ほー、これはForza3の正式対応ハンコンになる事を表明してるのと同じだなぁ。
で、E3でハンコンのお披露目をする訳？つー事は、Forza3もそこで同時発表くらいしてもおかしくないよねぇ。

なんかこちらで書いた妄想なんかも、そうおかしくない感じがしてきたねぇ、と。
少なくとも、今のワイアレスレーシングホイールは廉価版として販売継続なりリニューアルモデル投入して、Fanatec社のハンコンはプレミアムの公認周辺機器として扱われるかもね。そうなると、日本でも入手し易くなるかもなぁ、と。
